Our Team Leading are qualifications specially designed to give practising or aspiring team leaders formal development as a leader.

 

What the course offers:

Qualifications in team leading are tailored to suit your needs, if you are an aspiring manager looking to boost your career or if you are an established management looking to challenge yourself and improve your skills. Team leading level 2 course is a concise qualification designed to give learners a basic knowledge of the various roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader and the limits of their authority and accountability. The mandatory unit in ‘Developing yourself as a team leader’ is a good starting point for team/cell leaders who are new to their roles or for aspiring leaders who wish to gain a solid understanding of the principles and practicalities of team leading.

Our more advanced courses like Level 7 qualifications are designed for managers and leaders who have the authority and responsibility for developing and implementing a coaching and mentoring strategy across the organisation. The qualifications require managers and leaders to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of embedding the organisation’s strategy. These qualifications are derived from the National Occupational Standards for Management and Leadership and are accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF).

All learners are able to choose from a diverse range of optional units to build their qualification either an Award or a Certificate. This high level of lexibility allows individuals or their employers to custom build a qualification focusing on the key areas of team leading that are most relevant to their specific roles, industry or organisation.
