Our courses offer a range of qualifications no matter what your discipline or level of experience by giving you the choice to study optional units from logistics through to purchasing to suit your requirements. All of our students have the flexibility to tailor the course to their individual needs and with the optional units we offer, students can cover the elements of supply chain most relevant to their experience and/or career aspirations.

Courses are offered for Individual membership, for those looking to reinforce their professional careers within supply chain management and corporate membership for businesses looking to demonstrate excellence in supply chain managements and support the professional development of employees. Each qualification, be it Award, Certificate or Diploma, is made up of compulsory, elective and optional units which can be combined to create a bespoke course, developed in line with international qualification standards. The Areas we cover are: Team Leader training, Business organisations, Team development & Performance, Customer service, Supply chain, Manufacturing Planning & Control, Purchasing, Warehousing & Inventory, International Trade & Freight and Movement of Goods -  So we are confident we have a programme to suit you!

However at Phoenix it isn’t just about the courses we offer it’s about the friendly adaptable trainers we use to ignite your potential and drive high quality results. We offer a study method (written or practical) that is tailored to bring out the best in you from introductory through to an advanced level. The Study/Development Route allows the individual studying to develop their knowledge through the study options provided by Phoenix and submitted assessments – The Demonstration of Competence Route allows the individual studying to achieve the requirements by submitting evidence from previous qualifications or workplace experience to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding. When you enrol Phoenix will give you the option of either study method and provide a breakdown of the requirements for the units included in the course and for any elective units you have chosen.
